Thief River Falls Public Schools is dedicated to providing technology tools and resources for the 21st Century Learner. Student learning comes alive through the innovative use of technology integrated into learning environments across the district by aiding:
-
Engagement & Interactivity
-
Learning Anytime, Anywhere
-
Collaboration, Communication, and Shared Learning
Devices will be distributed to students once their families have reviewed the User Guide (CES/FMS: iPad or LHS: Macbook) & have completed the internet Acceptable Use form, Insurance Agreement, and Google Apps for Education form (CES/FMS only). The Insurance fee also must be paid annually for the device to be taken off school grounds (this amount may be dependent upon eligibility for Educational Benefits).
The use of technology resources provided by the District is a privilege, not a right. Please review the district guidelines related to this, the Parent Guide, tips for Taking Care of your device, & more:

- In that case, arrangements are typically made to provide access to print via the Media Center or Computer Lab. Files are available to print via their Google Drive access. The AirPrint feature is turned off to reduce printing in error & to cut down on network issues.
